Maria Mellano, LICSW, CP/PAT (Lead Trainer, Co-Founder)

is a clinical social worker, certified practitioner of psychodrama, practitioner applicant for trainer in psychodrama, and trained in Internal Family Systems. She is a certified Money, Marketing and Soul and Sacred Money Archetypes coach, focused on helping those interested in making a difference in the world create lives from a place of living in alignment with their soul calling. Maria has a Boston based practice offering trainings and workshops in New England as well as in Southern California. She is a member of and on the executive council for the American Society for Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama. She has been in mental health for over 20 years, working with a variety of client populations, including a specialty in eating disorders. Her current focus is helping women come into alignment in their relationship with money. 

Joel Thayer, CHHC, MFA, JD (Producer, Co-Founder)

has been a Certified Holistic Health Counselor through the American Society of Alternative Therapists for over 20 years. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College, The Yale School of Drama and Suffolk University Law School.  His work as a theater producer, designer, and director has been seen at numerous Regional and New York theaters. Joel has held many different leadership positions in his varied career including; counselor, producer, director, designer, lawyer, college professor, entrepreneur and most recently mental health specialist. He is currently attending University of Southern New Hampshire to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. His journey in Psychodrama began in 2017 and he is excited to be working with Maria Mellano to create Boston Psychodrama Institute.

Bill Durham (Business Manager, Photographer)

has been the business manager for Technology Business Group in Franklin, MA for the past twenty years.  He is happy to help with Boston Psychodrama Institute and to see his photographs used creatively in their promotion.
